warm welcome super clean room spacious room
this hotel did not disappoint. reception staff gave a warm welcome. florin always made sure our room was super clean. the rooms were spacious and quiet. the hotel provided a courtesy room for our late flight.
i discovered there is no bottled drinking water. there are only three water refill stations. there are no containers available to take water to your room. i had to buy a bottle at the local shops.

The restaurant offers varied food choices. you will find something even for fussy eaters! table service for drinks is always prompt. staff are great with kids too. They joke with them.

the hotel provides clean swimming pools! one pool is heated, perfect for relaxation. the other pool is cooler, but it provides a more pleasant experience because it is less crowded and busy.

amazing stay!
hard working great time
The food hall staff were cute, and they worked very hard, which i appreciated. the bar staff worked hard. Paula at the pool bar always seemed happy too. my family and i had a great time. We felt well taken care of, it was lovely!

the double room has comfy beds! there were fresh towels and toiletries. also, the air conditioning unit kept the room cool during warm weather. housekeeping was very punctual.

the hotel had direct beach access, it was awesome. a shopping mall was nearby with many shops and restaurants. also, the airport was a short taxi ride away and very convenient. the location was perfect!

spacious pools excellent shows convenient access
i found the resort to have excellent facilities. The pools were spacious and clean. The entertainment team offered great shows. I appreciated the convenient access to the beach and nearby shopping center.
i noticed the wifi signal was sometimes unreliable in certain areas of the hotel, difficult to stay connected.

The double room had ample space and a balcony that offered a view. A fridge and kettle were included. i found the room quiet and conducive to rest. Housekeeping kept it super clean.

Meal times presented a good choice of food options in a buffet style. A wide array of salads and hot dishes were available at breakfast and dinner. Themed nights like Mexican or Asian added variety.

good hotel near the beach
pool area coffee drinks snack bar food choice
the hotel is very clean, also well maintained. the outside ground and pool areas are super clean. the staff works hard all day. the food has great choices. self serve coffee and soft drinks are available. snack bar near the pool offers burgers and sandwiches.
the gym had limited dumb bells. i find the swapping of towels was harder than it needs to be.

the staff are helpful. they respond fast to my needs. i did not wait a long time for service. the service personnel was very attentive to the hotel's guests which is great.
